Pryzo is your ultimate creative companion, transforming your career aspirations into vivid imagery. You can enter a desired profession and request AI-assisted character images. You control whether to upload text or images for generation.

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with the Pryzo mobile application and related services (the “Service”). If you contact us by email, we will process the information you provide to respond.

2) Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, username, and email address (as applicable).
  • Customer support: content you send to support, including attachments you choose to provide.
  • Content for generation (optional): text you enter and any images you choose to upload for image generation.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, and similar details.
  • Usage data: interactions with the Service, feature usage, and basic performance data.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs and error reports.
  • Location data (optional): approximate or precise location, only when you grant permission.

3) AI-Assisted Image Generation

Your content, your choice. You decide whether to provide text or upload images for AI-assisted generation. When you do, processing occurs on servers controlled by Pryzo Team, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted immediately after processing completes.

  • No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded text or images for generation with third parties.
  • Deletion after processing: uploaded text and images used for generation are deleted immediately after processing.
  • No face recognition or biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition or create biometric identifiers/templates.
  • Not used for training/marketing: we do not use uploaded photos or generation inputs to train models or for marketing.
  • Default local storage: generated images are stored locally on your device by default.

4) How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including account creation, login, and feature delivery).
  • Personalize your experience and provide requested functionality.
  • Improve and develop the Service, including debugging and performance optimization.
  • Protect security and integrity, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our terms.
  • Respond to customer support and communicate with you about the Service.
  • Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

5) How We Disclose Information

  • Service providers/entrusted processing: vendors that process information on our instructions and only as needed.

  • Usage data/diagnostics: up to 12 months (often aggregated or pseudonymized where feasible).
  • Customer support content: up to 6 months after the support matter is closed (unless needed longer).
  • AI generation inputs (uploaded text/images): deleted immediately after processing.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, and withdraw consent.

10) Children
